WHAT DO I GET IN A SET?
In each set you will receive one pair of leather bases, available in Black, Silver or Champagne and two pairs of jewelled uppers. Refer to our Shop Page to view our selections.
HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
Please refer to our video on our How it Works Page for full details. You will be able to see how easy and quick it is to change the jewelled uppers.
WHAT ARE THE SHOES MADE OF?
Our sandals are 100% Leather. The lining, sock and insole are all made from cow leather. The outsole is made from leather with a rubber heel lift. The stack on the base is made from cow leather crush. The jewelled uppers are made of two layers of soft leather with glass and crystal embellished jewels on top.
WHERE ARE YOUR SHOES MADE?
Our shoes are designed in Australia and hand crafted in China.
WHAT COLOURS ARE YOUR SANDALS AVAILABLE IN?
All of our designs are available in three colours – Black Patent, Silver and Champagne.
WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR SANDALS AVAILABLE IN?
Our sandals are available in AU/US Sizes 6 – 10. Please refer to our Size Guide for full details.
WHAT SIZE AM I?
Please refer to our Size Guide. Aleeyas sandals are made in Australian/US sizing and are only available in US full sizes, please go up to the nearest whole US size if you take a half size.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHEN WILL MY SHOES ARRIVE?
In Australia most orders will arrive within 2-3 working days from the day of order.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
We post all our orders via Australia Post or Couriers Please and all are free of charge.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
We happily deliver goods internationally. We use UPS to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-14 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 10 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery within Australia, you will receive an Australia Post or Couriers Please Tracking number. To track your delivery please go to: http://auspost.com.au/track/. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Page for full details.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We gladly accept exchange and refunds for goods in their original condition within 30 days of date of purchase. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Page for full details.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

DO YOU ACCEPT CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payment via the preferred methods - Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SECURE?
Yes they are. Our website is a secure site fit with a Verisign SSL certificate using a 256 bit encryption. We do not under any circumstances store credit card details. This type of security ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. Our site uses Eway for all of our secure credit card transactions.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE DETAILS?
You must Login using the Log In button at the top right hand side of every page. Once logged in to your account you will be able to update your details and click Save.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE?
You can unsubscribe by logging into your account and de-selecting the email subscribe tick box.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN AND PASSWORD
No problem, simply click on the Login and click “I’ve forgotten my password”. An email will be sent to you with instructions for a new password.
